Return Process

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll fix the issue at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
